Floating navigational menu..

Floating menu is the one which slides when the user scrolls the webpage ,in such a way that it always on the center on the page... the advantage is that it minimise the scrolling.. so that the user can jump into any page he wants....
Now the challlenge is can anyone make a navigational menu like that preferably in javascript:?: Question Question
